References in this Privacy Policy Statement to “we”, “us” refer to Bond.

At Bond we are committed to maintaining your privacy.  Please see our privacy policy statement below for more information.  If any changes are made to this policy will notify you by updating this statement on our website.

What information do we collect?
We may ask for your name, telephone number, home address, email address and age for newsletter sign ups, by signing up to our newsletter you are agreeing that we may contact you via email or phone.  As well as competitions/prize draws we may invite you to participate in.  In addition to this, when a customer makes a purchase on our website we will ask for a shipping address and the relevant payment details.  We may also use other methods obtain information about your usage of the Bond website to help us continue to develop and improve it, such as surveys and online feedback forms.

What will the information be used for?
Your data will enable us to fulfil your order in the most efficient way, to notify you about relevant website functionality changes and for statistical/survey purposes which allow us to improve the service we offer you.  We might also send you information every so often about products, special offers and seasonal promotions from Bond.  If you wish to opt out of this, or alert us of your marketing preferences please follow one of the options below:
-    All marketing/promotional emails you receive from Bond will contain information on how you can unsubscribe from receiving them.
-    You can send us an email to info@bondfashion.com requesting that we remove you from our email database.  Please state your full name and the email address you wish to be removed, and quote “unsubscribe me” in the subject line.

We may use your information for the purposes of prevention and detection of fraud when assessing your request for goods from Bond.

Sharing your information with others

Our website is not intended for use by children under the age of 18 and therefore we will not knowingly sell to, or collect information from any person below the age of 18.
