- Do I need an account with Bond to place an order?
You don’t need an account to buy – you can go straight through our express checkout, but if you want to make thing easier for future visits with a couple of extra steps we can make sure your information is ready for you next time you checkout.
- How can I find what I’m looking for?
If you know what you’re looking for, you can navigate your way around the Bond store using the menu bar at the top left of the page. Clicking on these links will show a menu, where you can select by brand/style/item. Alternatively you can use our search box, located just below the checkout bag at the top right of the page.
- How do I place an order?
Once you’ve found an item you’d like to buy, select your size and click add to bag. You can then continue shopping or head to ‘Checkout’ using the link at the top right hand corner of the page, or to review your current stored items, click on ‘My Shopping Bag’.
You can remove items from your shopping bag by clicking ‘Remove’, or to complete your order, simply click the ‘Go To Checkout’ link.
- Can I track my order?
Orders placed with our Next Day delivery service can track their order via the royal mail website using the tracking number received in your dispatch email.
- Can I cancel my order?
Customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt of product) to cancel their purchase. Please see here for more information.
- Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately Bond doesn’t currently offer exchanges. We are happy to process a refund if customers want to return a web item using the guidelines here, and re-order an alternative item if they wish to do so, however the two transactions are separate.

- What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you are experiencing any problems with your order or you have received the wrong delivery, please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help. Any faulty items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.
No, items that have been worn /washed cannot be returned
- Do prices include VAT?
All prices for goods and services delivered within the European Union include VAT at 20% where applicable. For goods and services delivered outside of the European Union VAT is not charged although the price on the website remains the same.
- Do you deliver to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses?
Unfortunately we do not currently deliver to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses but this might change so keep checking back!

- Will I be charged customs and import duty?
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country, and it is the responsibility of the recipient of the parcel to pay these charges. Unfortunately Bond has no control over these charges as customs policies vary, therefore any questions you may have regarding this should be taken to your local customs office.
- How long does delivery take?
UK standard delivery – delivery aim 3-5 working days
UK Next Day signed for – delivery aim 1 working day
Europe and ROI delivery – delivery aim 7 working days
Rest of the world delivery – delivery aim 7-14 working days
If you are ordering to one of the addresses in our restricted postcode list, please bare in mind delivery may take a little longer. Unfortunately we cannot offer next day/Saturday delivery to these addresses.
- What time will my delivery arrive?
If your delivery is within the UK the delivery will be arrive before 5pm. Unfortunately for international deliveries we cannot provide delivery times.
- What if I’m not in to receive my delivery?
UK deliveries: If you are not when your parcel is delivered and the courier cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel then they will leave a card to inform you of their plans to attempt redelivery/leave at the local depot for your collection.
- Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Our next day delivery within the UK is a signed for service, however if your parcel can be left in a safe place e.g/with a neighbour this can be done. Alternatively redelivery will be attempted or your parcel will be left at the local depot.
- What do I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?
If you have not received your parcel by your estimated delivery date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number so that we can help locate your parcel and try to resolve the problem.

You are able to return an item to us within 14 days of dispatch (please see date on dispatch note).
- How much does it cost to return an item?
The cost of returns depends on which method you use. For your own security you may want to use a tracked service.

- How long does it take to process a return?
For the refund to enter your account, please allow up to 21 days from the first email sent by you to notify us of the return.
- Can I track the status of my return?
We advise that for your own security a tracked postage option is used, however this will be at the customers expense and not reimbursed by Bond.
- Do you refund the delivery charge?
If your item is damaged or faulty, and it is the only item on your order, we will refund your postage costs. If you have kept any items from your Bond delivery, we will not be able to refund your postage.
- What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

Your account will be charged as soon as you confirm payment, although some banks may take longer to process outgoing payments so please check specific timescales with your bank.

- Am I able to get a product that is out of stock?
Possibly- please sign up to our out of stock notification on the product you are interested in - if the item comes back in to stock you will receive an immediate email notification.
